On the new ipod touch coming out on september 9th, can you use skype and video chatting?

My birthday is in the second, I bought a new iPod touch Plotting 9. Therefore, the new iPod, because it is there should be a camera and a microphone, you can use Skype or a video chat?

    There is no official information regarding a new iPod of any sort coming out, yet. Until there is information though I wouldn’t make a choice to buy or not buy anything. Considering the iPhone already has both the microphone and camera as well as the skype application and you can not do video chatting with it, I wouldn’t hold my breath on being able to do it with the iPod touch.
