If your headphone jack is too huge for the case’s hole, you plug your headphones into the adapter and then plug the adapter into the iPod.

i reckon thats for if your normal headphone jack doesnt fit because of the case, so it has a small jack on 1 side and a normal one on the other

Hi, I have had mine since the middle of November, I used it like normal just like throwing it in my bag (it had a screen protector) and putting it in my pocket etc, By december I bought a clear sillicone case as I noticed on the very corners (or curves lol) it was starting to show some silver metal(mine is pink)Getting a case really helped, other than that no scratches or marks on the rest I reckon it just cos cos the corners are pretty vulnerable, you can sense it when you feel them, excellent luck !

do u know if the paint on the nano can scratch cos i’m worried that when purchusing the ipod nano i will eventually scrap and scratch the paint off over time making it look crappy
